Your orders
I have not received an order confirmation
Check your spam folder; your order confirmation may be there. If you can't find it, please contact us via the "Contact" section.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then track your order directly on the La Poste website.
I wish to cancel my order
Since we ship orders within 24 to 48 hours, cancellation is not possible once confirmed.

For each return request, it is essential to contact us by email using our contact form or at the following address unsharedfr@gmail.com. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
(According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As personalized jewelry is custom-made for each order, we do not make any returns, exchanges or refunds.)
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
You have seven days after contacting after-sales service to make the return.
It is strongly recommended to opt for a tracked shipment, as this constitutes proof of return. If the package does not arrive at the return address, no investigation can be opened to locate the package. In the event of loss of the package by the carrier, Unshared cannot be held responsible and no refund or compensation will be issued.

Orders are manufactured and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery
France: between 3 and 4 working days.
European Union : between 3 and 7 working days .
World : between 7 and 14 working days , depending on the destination.
These delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on local conditions or the time of year (e.g., holidays, strikes, etc.). You can check the online tracking (on the post office website) for more precise information once the letter has been sent.

Our jewelry is designed to be water resistant, but to preserve its shine and longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry sparkling, clean it regularly with a soft cloth and avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and salt water.

When a charm is marked OUT OF STOCK, it means it is not available.
